Do the allies that come out of the Mysterious Summoning Stones take a part of the drops?

they take as much as minions do... (NOTHING)

They are not party members.

and as far as i know they do not take xp either, atleast the imp dont

Allies are not a part of the loot scaling or the drops. Party members are.
